Custom Gold Recovery Plant Design Developed for US Arizona Family Mining Operation

At Downunder Mining, every mining project starts with understanding the customer’s deposit, operating conditions, and long-term production goals. Recently, we had the opportunity to work closely with a family-owned mining operation from Arizona, USA. The customer has previous experience operating MSI Mining equipment, but decided to explore alternative solutions from Chinese manufacturers and approached our team for a customized plant design discussion. Over the course of the project, we held detailed technical discussions regarding the optimal recovery process for their material conditions and production requirements. Together with the customer, we evaluated several important processing components, including trommel scrubber technology, water recycling systems, hydrocyclone classification units, and Knelson-type centrifugal concentrators for fine gold recovery. One of the most valuable parts of this project was the exchange of operational experience and mining preferences commonly seen among American miners. The discussions provided important insight into how family mining operations in the United States prioritize water management, recovery efficiency, modular plant layouts, and long-term reliability. This customized solution was designed to maximize gold recovery efficiency while minimizing water consumption through a closed-loop recycling process — an increasingly important factor for mining operations in arid regions such as Arizona. We would like to thank our American partners for the productive technical collaboration and for trusting our engineering team during the planning phase of their mining project.
